RESUMEN
El avance de la Tecnología en los últimos 100 años ha sido algo jamás antes logrado en épocas antiguas -aunque igual cada una lograba cosas aun inexplicables-, ésta ha permitido evolucionar enormemente abarcando todas las áreas de la vida intraterrestre, y también ultraterrestres, que es el caso del Espacio, se ha logrado explorar, conocer, ver más allá, observando lo infinito que puede llegar a ser lo que nos rodea fuera de la Tierra. Con el avance de la Tecnología, el crimen no se puede quedar fuera del tema, así también, ya hay ciertas conductas y actividades que involucran al ser humano en su quehacer espacial, y sin duda que se derivarán muchas más, para ello, que también la ciencia de la Criminología se deba preparar para tratar de prevenirlas, controlarlas y estudiarlas, se hace referencia a una Criminología Espacial.

ABSTRACT
The advancement of technology in the last 100 years has been something never before achieved in ancient times -although as each succeeded in still unexplained things-, this has allowed evolve enormously covering all areas of life hollow Earth, and also Space, which is the case of the space, to explore, to know, to see beyond, noting the infinite that could be around us off the ground has been. With the advance of technology, crime cannot be left out of the topic, thus also, there are certain behaviors and activities that involve human beings in their work space, and no doubt they will be derived many more to do so, also the science of Criminology to be prepared to try to prevent them, control them and study them, refers to a space Criminology.
